About Our Customizable Children's Books

So our artists can illustrate your child as accurately as possible, we need a few photos. The photos should be clear and in focus. The photos should only include the child we are illustrating. We prefer a variety of angles and lighting scenarios. Cell phone photos are totally fine! Please send the original image files, and not screenshots. After we've created the artwork for your book, we will delete the photos you submit.

Since all of the art in our books are created just for you, these books take about 2 weeks to be designed. Getting your little star's likeness correct in every image takes time! Once they are designed, it takes about 2 days to print them. They are then shipped directly to you. From time of ordering to receive the book is typically 3 weeks.

We ship UPS to residents of the United States. Once the book has been designed and printed, it usually takes 1-3 days for shipping.

Your information and photographs will be used for the production of this book only. We do not store or keep your information or photos. All of the designs are created on our secure business servers and deleted 30 days after the order is completed, along with all of your information.

Since our books are customized for each client, we only accept returns if we've made a mistake or if there is a problem with the production of your book.
